Dad use to say, “learn something new everyday”. Can hear his words any time I open myself to an experience or state of awareness that changes me, grows my heart and soul. Fully engaging life risks upsetting the apple-cart, making mistakes, taking wrong turns…expanding possibilities, developing new points of view, initiating new ways of being, tumbling into new phases of life!
To honor transitions and change, we’ll be looking at bridges, doorways, thresholds, vistas, windows and gates. Those ways and places that once traversed leave us forever changed.
Oh, let there be a wedding of the mind and the heart, if not today – then soon. Meanwhile, let me change my own life into something better.
